At the Argentine Asado Supper Club, the fire itself is the kitchen. Our guest chef builds the meal over glowing coals—meats sizzling on the flame, vegetables kissed by smoke, dishes layered with the primal flavors only woodfire can create. Mezcal tastings and cocktails flow alongside, earthy and bright against the fire’s depth. Lounge by the lake as sparks rise into the night and let the food, the smoke, and the company linger with you.
