For questions about your order, please contact Front Gate Tickets.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy?

Festival passes are limited to five (5) per person.

Your card should be charged within two business days. If you do not see the charge on your account, please contact Front Gate Tickets.

Is a festival-only ticket available (no camping)?

All 4-day festival passes include tent-only camping. If you’re bringing a vehicle, a Car Camping pass is required, purchased separately from your festival pass.

Multiple people can utilize one car camping pass, as long as they are all arriving in the same vehicle. For example, four people arriving in one vehicle will need four festival tickets and one car camping pass if they intend to share a campsite.

Camping is not required, although we highly recommend it; it’s an amazing part of the experience!

Please note that OMF does not allow re-entry.

Tickets will begin shipping 1-2 months from the event date. If you have not received your tickets within one week of the event, please contact Front Gate Tickets. You will be able to pick up a replacement ticket at the box office.

How can I avoid ticket fraud?

The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from Front Gate Tickets. If you buy resale tickets, we advise you to get them only from trusted friends. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from third party resellers and scalpers. Third-party tickets are almost always fraudulent, and there is very little we can do to help you should any issues arise. Anything purchased outside of our system is out of our control; it’s not worth the risk!

What is OMF’s ticket refund policy?

OMF tickets are non-refundable.

Is there free parking?

There is no free parking – only camping options at this time. Please check back later for our extremely limited day parking options for those who are local to Okeechobee.

Camping FAQ

What is a car camping pass?

A Car Camping pass allows one vehicle admission to the campgrounds, parked within your 20’ X 20’ campsite.

What are the rules for RV passes?

RVs are not permitted to be dropped off in advance by non-ticket holders. Each RV space is approximately 20′ X 50′. Tents and canopies can be set up as long as they are within this space. Any slides or awnings must also fit within the designated space.

The following vehicles are considered an RV:

  • Any size RV: Class A, Class B or Class C

  • Any size bus (no tour buses, prevosts, or motorcoaches with low clearance allowed)

  • Any vehicle wider or longer than a normal 15 passenger van (230.8″ x 79.3″ x 82.3″)

  • Any vehicle towing a camper or 5th wheel of any size. If you’re hitching anything, it’s an RV. Box trucks and trailers are not allowed into the campgrounds.

When should I plan to arrive at OMF? What determines where I camp?

Your ticket type and time of arrival will determine where you camp. Please only go to the Portal that you are instructed to enter into.

Camping is first come, first served. We recommend arriving as soon as Portals open on March 19, 2026 in order to secure your campsite. If you want to camp next to your friends, make sure you all arrive together! We recommend meeting up 40+ miles outside of Okeechobee with your friends if you’re driving separately and caravaning in together.

My group is in multiple cars, how do we camp together?

In order to camp together, you must all have the same ticket types (like GA Car Camping, VIP Car Camping, RV Camping, etc). You will be camped around the people that arrive at the same time as you. We recommend meeting up 40+ miles outside of Okeechobee with your friends if you’re driving separately and caravaning in together. You will not be able to hold camping spots for people arriving later or pulling off to wait for your friends once you go through security.

Can I buy a camping add-on by itself?

It’s very important to purchase your car camping pass at the same time that you buy your festival tickets. Car Camping passes can only be purchased in conjunction with your Festival Ticket. After you cart your festival ticket, you will have the option to add a car camping pass as well.

If you forgot to add your car camping pass at check-out, then do not purchase a Camping pass add-on at the time of festival pass purchase, please contact the OMF team at info@okeechobeefest.com.
