OMF 2026 LLC DESTINATION OKEECHOBEE

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY: OMF 2026 LLC’s OKEECHOBEE MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of forty-nine (49) states of the United States and the District of Columbia (void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations or where otherwise prohibited by law) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of February 4, 2026, with access to the Internet at all times during the Contest Period (as defined below) and subsequent Prize Award Period (as defined below). All employees of OMF 2026 LLC and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, sponsors, performers, distributors, licensees, contractors and agents (all of the foregoing, together collectively, “Contest Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not), are ineligible to enter or win the Contest. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entry in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules (“Official Rules”), including but not limited to, your consent to receive email and social media messages from the Contest Entities solely in connection with the Contest. 

 

2. CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry period begins at 10:00am EST on February 4, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm EST on February 13, 2026 (the “Contest Entry Period”). The entrants with winning entries (the “Winners”)  will be selected from entries properly submitted to the Contest based on the following Contest Entry Instructions and criteria for Selection of Contest Winners.

 

3. CONTEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: There are two (2) separate ways to enter this Contest: either through a Social Media Entry or by Email Entry (defined below in Section 4). Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of entry. Any attempts by an entrant to submit more than one (1) entry into this Contest will result in such entrant being disqualified. During the Contest Period, you may submit one (1) social media entry online on Instagram or Tik Tok (“Social Media  Entry”) by first posting a one (1) to five (5) minute video of yourself performing on Instagram Reels or TikTok  (with or without an in-person audience) with the first line of your social media post caption tagging @okeechobeefest and hashtagging #DestinationOkeechobee26. Then, complete the form at https://forms.gle/xJQr3KHE89ycv9nL8 by adding in the link to your social media post, one (1) link to your Soundcloud, Spotify, YouTube, or other music streaming channel, your genre of music, and contact info. Any and all persons in the performance video must be at least eighteen (18) years old. All contest entrants must have the written permission of any persons whose rights are triggered in the performance video, including but not limited to performers or others whose creative work or whose voice, likeness, image, persona or performance is incorporated in the video. Permissions must include the right for the entrant to post the performance video and to enter this Contest and permissions for the Contest Entities to repost the performance video on Instagram or TikTok, including with monetized advertising to increase the video’s social reach. All Winners will be required to execute and return a Winner’s Release and Affidavit and confirm they are at least eighteen (18) years old prior to the receipt of any prize. Entries exceeding the length requirement, displaying or containing profanity or that are obscene or otherwise inappropriate (solely as determined by the Contest Entities) will be disqualified, as well as entries that violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other laws or infringe on the rights of any third parties. Online Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the social media account or email address through which the entry was submitted. By uploading your performance video, you are giving the Contest Entities the right to post your performance video on the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival official Instagram, TikTok and Discord channels and/or any other public websites, apps or and/or social media platforms, including with monetized boosts, sponsorship, advertising or marketing alignments. You are hereby providing a gratis, perpetual, worldwide license for the Contest Entities to use, distribute, edit, copy, repost and otherwise use and distribute your performance video for any reasonable commercial and/or non-commercial purpose to the Contest Entities.

 

4. ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: You may also enter this Contest by sending an email to info@okeechobeefest.com which includes your performance video, name, email address and the subject line OMF 2026 LLC Destination Okeechobee Contest Entry (the “Email Entry”). Each Email Entry must be received by 11:59 pm EST  on February 13, 2026, to be considered in the Contest. Any and all persons in the performance video must be at least eighteen (18) years old, and entrant must have the written permission of any persons in the performance video to post the performance video on Tiktok or Instagram and to enter this Contest, granting all of the same rights as with the Social Media Entry. All persons in winning performance video will be required to execute and return an Affidavit confirming that they are at least eighteen (18) years old prior to potential Winner’s receipt of any prize. Entries exceeding the length requirement, displaying or containing profanity or that are obscene or otherwise inappropriate (as determined by the Contest Entities) will be disqualified, as will entries that violate any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other laws or infringe on the rights of any third parties. Illegible, late, lost, incomplete, or garbled entries are not eligible. Email Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address through which the entry was submitted. By emailing your  performance video you are giving the Contest Entities the right to post your performance video on Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival official Instagram and Discord channels and/or other public websites, apps or and/or social media platforms. You are hereby providing a gratis, perpetual, worldwide license for the Contest Entities to use, distribute, edit, copy, repost and otherwise use and distribute your performance video for any reasonable commercial and/or non-commercial purpose to the Contest Entities.

 

5. PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant by entering and each prize Winner by accepting a prize grants to the Contest Entities a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license and right to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Contest entrant’s name and performance as incorporated in the performance video and any future performance at OMF 2026 LLC’s OKEECHOBEE MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL, as well as the entrant’s city and state of residence, biographical material and the information posted by entrants as required for their Social Media  Entry or submitted by Email Entry (collectively, the “Licensed Rights”) in any media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, including for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval.

 

6. SELECTION OF CONTEST WINNERS: When the Contest Period closes, all performance videos and music submission of Soundcloud, Spotify, YouTube, or additional music streaming site will be reviewed by a panel of professional judges selected by the Contest Entities consisting of music industry experts who are members of the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival 2026 Talent Booking and Marketing teams (the “Judges”) who will select finalists from the entries submitted based on musical and performance skills and professionalism, followed by a final round of  community voting by the public via the Contest Entities’ Discord and Instagram (the “Community”), who will select the top artist/performers in each category (DJs and Bands/Singers) based on the following criteria (the “Judging Criteria”): Music originality and creativity, stage presence, and skill level. Streaming numbers and social media followers will not be taken into account when judging.  In the event of a tie after the final round of Community voting, the Winners will be selected by the musician and music industry expert founder of Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival. The decisions of the Judges on behalf of the Contest Entities will be made by the Judges by 11:59pm EST on  Monday, February 16, 2026 and between 12:00am EST on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 and 11:59pm EST Thursday February 19, 2026 by the Community. Winners will be contacted by 11:59pm EST on Friday February 20, 2026. All decisions by the Judges, Community and festival founder are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Contest. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The potential Winners will be notified via email and social media on Friday, February 20th, 2026 by 11:59pm EST (“Prize Award Period”). At the sole discretion of the Contest Entities, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate Winner may result from any of the following: (1) a potential Winner’s failure to respond to notification promptly after notification of a winning submission; (2) the return of an email or social media notification as undeliverable after three (3) attempts, (3) a potential Winner’s failure to provide the Contest Entities with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (4) a potential Winner's failure to validly claim the prize by February 24, 2026; and (5) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a prize forfeiture, the Contest Entities may, in their sole discretion, award or not award the forfeited prize to an alternate Winner.

 

7. PRIZES: One (1) band will be awarded one (1) “Band Prize” and ten (10) individual DJs or DJ collaborators performing as a single DJ group will be each awarded one (1) of the ten total (10) “DJ Prizes” (with one single DJ Winner chosen for the ultimate Incendia stage DJ performance slot at the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival 2026). Each Winner will be awarded with  the opportunity to perform in a one (1) hour performance slot at Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival 2026 between March 19-22 [$500 value], performance compensation of two hundred dollar ($200) paid after the festival and accounting therefore concludes, and one (1) GA+ (4) Day Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival wristband [$954 Value].  The total prize Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) for each prize is [$1,654 Value]. ALL EXPENSES NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED HEREIN ARE NOT INCLUDED AS ANY PRIZE PACKAGE COMPONENT, AND ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRIZE WINNER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY AND ALL TRAVEL COSTS SUCH AS AIR FARE, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, DAILY FOOD AND DRINKS, ACCOMMODATIONS AND LODGING, TAX LIABILITIES AND ANY OTHER COSTS OR EXPENSES REQUIRED FOR WINNERS TO CLAIM THEIR PRIZES.  The prizes will be awarded provided they are validly claimed by February 24, 2026 after which no alternate Winners will be selected, nor unclaimed prizes awarded. Each Winner will receive an Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the prize. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of valid submissions and quality of those submissions, as determined by the Judging Criteria as applied by the Judges and Community.

 

8. GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Contest, all entrants and participants  agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of the Contest Entities’ websites, all rules, regulations, terms and conditions required for participation and/or attendance at the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival 2026 and by the decisions of the Contest Entities, which are final and binding in all respects. The Contest Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; or (3) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of Winners. Further, if for any reason the Contest or the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival 2026 are not capable of running as planned for reasons outside of the control of the Contest Entities, or resulting in a situation which, in the sole opinion of the Contest Entities, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest (or portion thereof), the Contest Entities reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest or the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival 2026(or portions thereof). In the event of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, the Contest Entities will select prize Winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such action. The Contest Entities also reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual found to be (a) tampering with or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, events or any websites operated by the Contest Entities; (b) using any robotic, AI, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such entries; violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of any Contest Entities’ property, event or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Contest Entities are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Contest or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with the Contest information, online or otherwise. The Contest Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with this Contest.

 

9. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless the Contest Entities and all social media or other platforms on which the Contest Entities may post Contest information from and against all losses, demands, damages, rights, claims, injuries, actions and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to (i) the entrant’s participation in the Contest or (ii) the entrant’s participation in any prize-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)) and (iii) any third party claims arising from the entrant’s participation in the Contest, including related to the performance video submitted by the entrant. The prize Winners assume all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, in whole or in part, by participating in this Contest or receipt, use or redemption of the prize. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed by in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of Florida. The Contest Entities’ failure to enforce any term of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In any cause of action, the Contest Entities shall in no event be liable for attorneys’ fees and/or experts fees or costs or punitive damages, consequential or other damages.

 

10. PERSONAL INFORMATION: The personal information collected through this Contest is subject to Company’s Privacy Policy, located at [https://www.okeechobeefest.com/legal/privacy]. By entering this Contest, you agree to the use of your personal information as described in the Contest Entities’ Privacy Policy.

 

11. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS’ LIST REQUESTS: To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or for notification of the Winner, please email info@okeechobeefest.com. Requests for Winners’ lists must be received no later than three (3) months after the end of the Contest Period.
